Will definitely go again next time, nothing to complain about, loved our stay. The breakfast is very tasty and reasonably good, and the location is fantastic very close to all major sights in Hanoi, near the lake and church and cafes, shops and a supermarket. They have wheelchair accessible rooms with window into the toilet, modern furnishings plus comfortable beds and care about everyone. Exceptional and incredible stuff provides an incredible service. This hotel is centrally located in the center of old town of Hanoi. Hoan Kiem district is worth seeing.

Lovely property with exceptionally wonderful employees from front desk to kitchen and doorman. Nice enough area, very central location short walk to cyclotrot transport which are readily available or use the Hop on hop which are located nearby off Tour buses, and main Hanoi attractions-Hoan kiem lake.

The restaurant was delightful with breakfast and restaurant, we ordered wonderful dishes. It had lovely beds and a lovely view of the Cathedral. The hotel was centrally located.
Didn't like the area, it was extremely busy.

Quaint little and really modern place, EFFICIENT staff who were very attentive and gave a personalised service. Extremely clean building, good and beautiful location just next door to many attractions in the old town, the lake and church and Haling bay for an overnight cruise. Besides, very convenient to Ba da Pagoda.
